Free Local Delivery – Across All Shropshire Postcodes
We offer FREE delivery on all solid fuels to customers throughout Shropshire — no delivery fees, no hassle.

-Flexible scheduling — we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time

Minimum local order: 100kg (any combination of coal, smokeless fuel, firewood, or kindling)

Eligible Shropshire Postcodes (Free Local Delivery):
SY1, SY2, SY3, SY4, SY5, SY6, SY7, SY8, SY9,
TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4, TF5, TF6, TF7, TF8, TF9, TF10, TF11

Nationwide Pallet Deliveries (Delivery Charges Apply)
We deliver to most of England, Wales, and Scotland via pallet courier. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Minimum national order: 500kg

Orders shipped on pallets and delivered kerb side

You will be contacted to arrange a delivery slot

You can mix fuel types (coal, logs, smokeless) on the same order.

Delivery Options
Open Sack Delivery (Shropshire only)
Delivered loose and tipped into your coal bunker or fuel store (if accessible).

Pre-packed (Plastic Sack)
Delivered on a pallet and suitable for outdoor or shed storage. Delivered to kerb side only.

Access Requirements
Delivery sites must accommodate a 7.5T–18T rigid truck

Hard, flat surface (e.g. concrete or tarmac) required for pallet truck use

Drivers cannot assist with moving fuel beyond kerb side unless agreed locally

If no one is available to accept delivery, goods may be left at the driver’s discretion. If redelivery is required, a minimum £25 charge may apply.

Restricted Delivery Areas
We do not currently deliver to the following locations:

All HS (Western Isles), ZE (Shetlands), IM (Isle of Man)

KW15–KW17 (Orkney), IV55–IV56 (Isle of Skye)

PA20–PA78 (Islay, Jura, Mull, Tiree, Colonsay, etc.)

KA27–KA28 (Arran & Millport)

PH41–PH44 (Small Isles incl. Muck, Rum, Canna)

TR21–TR25 (Isles of Scilly)

PO30–PO41 (Isle of Wight)
